I have been drawing since I was around the age of 4. From my early sketches what I thought was futuristic cars to what you see here today. I have worked with acryllics, oil based paints, color pencils, oil pastels, and my favorite, pencil sketching.
To me, my art is the greatest sense of satisfaction and learning what beauty is. To me something is truely beautiful in real life when it is difficult to immitate it through art. I can spend more than six hours on a drawing trying to capture it’s essence. One of those is a sketch that I did of my fiancee.
Friends and family have always told me that since I draw so good, that I should take it up as a profession. My simple answer to that is, my art is my escape from everday life, I don’t depend on it for my livelihood, plain and simple, it is something that I do for fun. I can’t imagine doing it for a living, it might just take the enjoyment out of it. Who knows, when I get older, I might change my mind, but as for now, I don’t see a need to make it my bread and butter yet.
